This blog’s for Spence who was a little unkind about an earlier blog with one of these vervet monkeys. Here’s another of my mates sitting by my office window, waiting for the moment when I might leave the window ajar and then leave my room. No such luck. I’m wise to their cheek. A colleague uses an articulated wooden snake to scare them away. A sleight of hand, a sinuous wiggle and the vervets are off … for the time being.

I think after a short while you might get tired of this little monkey. He would be looking through everything and your kitchen would be upside down. I am half way through my trip so still a ways to go yet! xkx
