Hi Lois, thanks for all your comments. Brrrr, your frosty mornings sounds a bit nippy. It is chilly overnight here but not that cold. Yes, I seem to have found a very comfortable place indeed. They don’t appear to have water restrictions but they possibly should have. The greenness of gardens is not universal and there are some very parched looking gardens nearby. They have been experiencing drought in what is a semi-arid part of Zimbabwe. I’m trying to do my bit by extending the period of time between changes of linen but when it takes several minutes for hot water to come through you can blow the gains made. Take care, xkx

Certainly enough water for the gardens. They look wonderful. We had a frost yesterday, got down to minus 6.2!!! It was freezing all day. xx
