The flooded and dead trees of the lagoon have a stark appearance but offer endless roosting and drying spots for cormorants and shags. When the lagoon is calm and glass-like, the trees also create plenty of interesting shapes through their reflections on the water’s surface. Add in the gentle ripples created by a kayak and you can keep yourself entertained for hours playing with the camera.
