For the last 1600 kilometres, I’ve been trying to appease the radiator gods with small gifts of flowers. You could say this has worked to some degree as the radiator and my nerves haven’t boiled over. But passing back through Geraldton it was time to consult the human form of the radiator gods – Wayne, Wayne and Darryl (latter two pictured) – and decide on the best action prior to navigating the Nullabor and the 3000 kms back to Adelaide. Decision: a new radiator. Hopefully by Thursday I will be on the road again. This means two, maybe three, nights without my camper and the longest we’ve been apart since leaving Adelaide. I hope Koala and Ted will be OK, all alone, in the workshop.
