This parry-graph started out with one tree and was going to be titled “the struck tree strikes me” or some other suitably corny phrase. Then I thought a trio of striking trees would do the trick – I do love the pretentiousness of the ‘trio of’ – but I’ve used that for a few things now and there are so many striking trees in the Pilbara. So now this parry-graph is simply a slideshow of various Pilbara trees that caught my eye. Not least because of their tenacity to survive but also for the curves, the colours and the surrounds – just gorgeous.

Slide show trees are majestically beautiful….great that you’re stopping to grab the pics…..you are stopping aren’t you??! LOL
yes, I am stopping! I’ve taken most shots of trees as I’m walking but there are occasional trees that ‘grab’ you as you drive past. There have been lovely trees all along the way but the white and black of the Pilbara trees really grab your attention and command a photo!
