In Kununurra, Janet and I caught up with John & Mignon Rasch. It took a few days, but a Bungle Bungles flight was eventually chosen. If I’m honest, the time to choose was slowed down by my mental difficulty in opening my wallet wide enough for sufficient dollars to escape. The flight took us over parts of the Ord River Scheme and then onto Lake Argyle. From there we headed to the Bungle Bungles, which were, as everyone says, simply stunning to view from the air. Our flight dropped us in the park and we did the Dome and Cathedral walks. Several hundred photos later we landed back in Kununurra. A brilliant day. I should be waxing a tad more lyrical about such a fabulous experience but I’m behind on the blog and the sunshine awaits.
